In this service, you will learn best practices for designing a strong, scalable infrastructure to meet the needs of your previously identified use case. This service is not recommended if you are a PTC Cloud Customer. Please speak to your cloud representative about your infrastructure options.

How it works

This is a 32-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. Use case review with a PTC expert
  2. Documented recommendations from a PTC expert
  3. A review of the design documentation you create

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be completed before this service can be consumed:

  • Your use case must be reviewed and validated by PTC. See “Identify your ThingWorx Use Case” service
  • The ThingWorx application design must be in progress or complete
  • You must have completed Fundamentals of IoT Development with ThingWorx (or equivalent)
