Plan Your Vuforia Expert Capture Deployment

Receive an initial procedure planning spreadsheet and procedure creation workflow

In this service, PTC will show you how to plan your execution of procedures for Vuforia Expert Capture. We will review your ideas for collections or libraries of procedures and teach you how to detail and organize them, including identifying responsibilities and priorities and ensuring business value is documented. We will work with you to create a workflow for your team to create procedures, inclusive of adding procedures to a backlog, identifying who is responsible, understanding what the review process looks like, and what needs to be done before deploying completed procedures.

How It Works

This is a 14-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. Review your use case(s) and existing documentation.
  2. Learn Vuforia Expert Capture deployment planning best practices.
  3. Start creating a plan to execute procedures.
  4. Understand and document your current process on how you create work instructions.
  5. Build a workflow on how to plan, execute, review, and deploy Vuforia Expert Capture procedures.
  6. Review deliverables and next steps.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be completed before this service can be consumed:

  • Complete product onboarding with your PTC Customer Success Manager.
  • Complete a Value Workshop with the PTC Digital Transformation Group.
  • Identify use cases for Vuforia Expert Capture.
  • Highly recommend completing the Create Procedures with Vuforia Expert Capture Success Service.
