How it works

This Rapid Outcome is an 2-day engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact you to communicate the Service Delivery plan.
  2. During the engagement, the PTC Engineer will collect Creo Smart & Connected data, identify and review the most impactful Creo issues, analyze the data, and generate the report.
  3. The engineer will provide you with a concise report of recommendations.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • Your Creo environments must be connected and able to send data to PTC.
