How it Works
This is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:
Your PTC Success Manager will confirm the appropriate resource skill level required for the work requested.
PTC Success Management will work with you to schedule a resource to complete the work outlined within a reasonable timeframe. The service is best used by scheduling the time in advance. This is not an on-call service.
Delivery must be completed prior to the end of the subscription term.
The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:
Your prerequisites vary by engagement and will be identified based on the specific work requested.
You will need to provide access to systems and data as necessary in advance of any such need arising so that the tasks requested can be completed successfully.

Remote or Onsite: Both
Success Points*: 30 points for NA and 5 additional points for Onsite
