Integrate Corporate LDAP

We will integrate your Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP) into your Windchill solution.

In this service, PTC will take care of your technical implementation details by integrating your Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP) system with Windchill in a non-production environment. A PTC Windchill expert will work side-by-side with your Windchill System Administrator to perform all the necessary steps to integrate the two systems. We will validate that the solution works and provide an integration procedure that can be used again for the production implementation.

How it works

This is a 24-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

A kick-off meeting where PTC will explain the process and address any concerns.
PTC will integrate your Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP) system with Windchill.
PTC will validate that the solution works.
PTC will document the steps for you so that the process can be completed in your production environment.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

You must have a Windchill 11.0+ System.
You must have a Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP) System.
Windchill License Manager is operational.
