In this service, PTC will help you identify your ThingWorx use cases and gather requirements for implementing ThingWorx solutions. We'll also assist in prioritizing the use cases that were identified.
How it Works
This is a 12-hour engagement and includes the following activities:
Identify use cases that can be solved with ThingWorx.
Prioritize the use cases.
Gather functional, technical, and UI/UX requirements for a single use case.
Create detailed documentation for a single use case and its requirements.
The following criteria must be completed before this service can be consumed:
Have ThingWorx licenses or are in the process of obtaining licenses.
Ensure stakeholders and subject matter experts are available.
Provide related documentation for the use case, if available.
Outcome: Document a set of functional and technical requirements for your use case
Remote or Onsite: Both
Success Points*: 8 points for NA and 3 additional points for Onsite
