Identify Your ThingWorx Navigate Use Case

You will have a list of ThingWorx Navigate scenarios matched with each of your identified business use cases.

In this service, PTC will assist you with identifying your own ThingWorx Navigate use cases by presenting the role that use cases play in implementing ThingWorx Navigate solutions. We'll then provide best practice recommendations for your use cases.

How It Works

This is a 1-day engagement that includes the following activities:

  1. A PTC Expert and your team will review the current PLM strategy and Windchill environment to understand PLM maturity, users profile, and 3rd Party Integrations.
  2. A PTC Expert will then conudct a Best Practices workshop that will help identify business goals and pain points , identify use cases, and match the use cases to the appropriate scenario.
  3. A final presentation will be made to review the topics and present the documented recommendations.


The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must have ThingWorx Navigate licenses, or are in the process of obtaining licenses.
  • You must have an operational Windchill in place, or are in the process of implementing such a system.
