In this service, PTC will help you identify your ThingWorx Navigate use cases and gather requirements for implementing ThingWorx Navigate solutions. We'll also assist in prioritizing the use cases that were identified.

How It Works

This is a 12-hour engagement that includes the following activities:

  1. Review the current PLM strategy and Windchill environment to understand PLM maturity, user profiles, and 3rd Party Integrations.
  2. Identify use cases that can be solved with ThingWorx Navigate.
  3. Prioritize the use cases.
  4. Gather functional, technical, and UI/UX requirements for a single-use case.
  5. Create detailed documentation for a single use case and its requirements.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be completed before this service can be consumed:

  • Have ThingWorx Navigate licenses or are in the process of obtaining licenses.
  • Have an operational Windchill in place or are in the process of implementing such a system.
  • Ensure stakeholders and subject matter experts are available.
  • Provide related documentation for the use case, if available.
