How it Works

This is a 1-day engagement and includes the following activities:

1. A kick-off call to understand the expected usage, number of devices, number of use cases, and complexity
2. A PTC Expert will compile a sizing report and compile documentation
3. PTC will conduct a 1 hour session to review the report and answer any questions

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

• Existing use cases documentation
• Solution design
• Number of devices and the connection type
• Number of property read/writes expected
• Number of users
• Infrastructure Design Documentation
