Assess Your Navigate Connections

Review your existing connections within Navigate to prepare for removal and or replacement.

In this service, a PTC Expert will assess an export of the entities within your Navigate system. Upon completion of the assessment, the expert will help you plan a solution to remove and/or replace the connector in order to upgrade Navigate to a version higher than 8.5.

How it Works

This is a 3-day engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. PTC will review the customer questionnaire answer before beginning the service.
  2. PTC will analyze the entity export and determine the impact of the included services.
  3. PTC will provide a comprehensive solution to replace the connector based upon the customer’s usage.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • ThingWorx must be installed prior to the delivery of this service
  • You must provide access to the system remotely
  • All required participants must be a part of the kick-off call and the final solution readout
