Disruption is here.

With one episode remaining, there’s no denying that “disruption” is a central theme to the global television phenomenon, Game of Thrones. Throughout its eight epic seasons – which began airing back in 2011 – viewers have been taken on an incredible ride following the most powerful families of Westeros.

But – besides being superfans, why are we talking about Game of Thrones? Because two of the show’s stars – Richard Madden (Robb Stark) and Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy) – is coming to host LiveWorx’s signature networking event, Mix @ 6. The theme? Disruption – whether it’s digital transformation or usurping the Iron Throne – is here.

Following a jam-packed day of speakers, demonstrations, and panels highlighting digital transformation trends and the latest technology changing the facing industry today – from augmented reality to artificial intelligence to robotics to IIoT – the Mix @ 6 is a chance for attendees to kick back, relax, debate the merits of the final season of GoT, or otherwise, and connect with fellow tech enthusiasts over music, snacks, and libations. Not to mention, it’s held at Boston’s most unique outdoor venue, the Lawn on D.

The event is always a highlight of the four-day conference, past celebrity hosts include A-list actor and comedian Paul Rudd and New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman.

LiveWorx attendees receive admission included with their pass, and DeluX passholders have the opportunity to meet the actors in the VIP tent.

Much like the HBO sensation, expect there to be a few surprises in store at the event – don’t miss it! See you there!
