About this author

In his current position, Jonas Ljungsten is a member of the PTC Product Management team and focusing on PTC´s Windchill solutions for Manufacturing. After finishing his education with a focus on CAD/CAM in 1986 Mr. Ljungsten has been focusing his career on CAD and PDM/PLM implementations. Mr. Ljungsten is one of the first employees in the PTC Nordics organization and since joining PTC in 1993 he has held several positions within the company. With more then 25 years of experience from PTC solutions Mr. Ljungsten’s expert knowledge has made him an instrumental part in many of the successful implementation projects that PTC has performed for our customers in the Nordics region during the last 25 years. Today the focus in on improving the processes and capabilities of the digital thread from design to manufacturing with the PTC solutions.
