- Does PTC support installation and/or uninstallation of Workgroup Manager using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Does PTC support installation and/or uninstallation of Workgroup Manager using KACE Systems Management Appliance
- Is usage of SCCM for installation and/or uninstallation of Workgroup Manager certified by PTC
- Uninstallation process of Workgroup Manager never completes using SCCM
