Description
- Performing edit on Item with a user value that has become inactive requires user value to be cleared when field relationship is configured on user field
- Cannot update existing Items without being forced to change Assigned User
- Field relationship checks should only enforce values on fields that are modified during Item edit
- Field relationship checks should be smarter
