Description
- ThingWorx Foundation License Configurator fails to update the license
- Not able to install/update the license when using License Configurator
- Tried several times to use twx-licensing-configurator.exe and it always gives an error
- Getting one or more of the following errors while updating license file using the twx-licensing-configurator.exe
License updated failed. Please check the information you provided. Reverting back to temporary license.
There has been an error. License update failed. Please check the information you provided. For more details check log file under ThingWorx installation directory installer\logs\ThingWorxLicensingConfigurator_install.log The application will exit now.
- Error from License Configurator log:
source_full_path = \ThingworxPlatform\license.bin, destination_full_path = \licensingconfigurator\..\installer\backup\ - License check failed. Please check the information you provided. Reverting back to previous license state.
