ThingWorx Analytics - Unable to load dataset - Zookeeper fails to start error - FAILED TO WRITE PID

Description

  • ThingWorx Analytics Server is unable to upload datasets via Analytics Builder Mashup
  • Errors received depends on version used, possible errors are
    • Pop up error in Analytics Builder Mashup:
      • Session 0x0 for server null, unexpected error, closing socket connection and attempting reconnect java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
    • Upload dataset hangs at
      • Creating copy of Data File...
  • Running ./twas.sh status shows twas-zookeeper.service in exited state
    • ​(code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
  • journalctl -u twas-zookeeper returns the following error
    • FAILED TO WRITE PID
    • TWAS PID Error
  • Possible other error:
    • Stopping zookeeper ... /opt/ThingWorxAnalytics/ThingWorxAnalyticsServer/zookeeper/bin/zkServer.sh: line 182: kill: (25620) - No such process
  • <ThingWorxAnalyticsServer>/zookeeper/zookeeper.out shows
nohup: failed to run command '<Path to Java>/jre/bin//bin/java': No such file or directory
Notice the incorrect path to java executable (in the above case /bin is added twice)
