ThingWorx cannot be accessed with IP address from IE browser

Description
- ThingWorx application is not starting when it is accessed with IE (Internet Explorer) browser from the server where it was installed, in the following mode:
http://<ip_address>:<port>/Thingworx
- Application is working if it is accessed with localhost:
http://localhost:<port>/Thingworx
- No error is reported in Tomcat logs or application logs
