Description

  • Axeda Policy Server(APS) rejects file uploads and downloads with previous directory notation in path, even if it is set to authorize all uploads and downloads
  • APS rejects uploads and downloads with previous directory notation(..)
  • APS denies automatically all file uploads and file downloads when the path of the file contains "/../"
  • For example: C:\Users\..\Axeda\test.txt
  • Even if APS is set to authorize all uploads the above path name will be rejected
  • Message in audit logs:Asset Communication:Asset xxxxx did not process action: File Upload. Permission: Default file upload permission was denied
