Windchill ソリューションを更新するために PTC Solution Installer (PSI) を実行している際に、「既存のインストールを更新」オプションがグレー表示されます。

• PSI（ PTC Solution Installer）の実行中に、 「既存のインストールを更新する」オプションがグレー表示される。
• PSIの[既存のインストールを更新]オプションは無効のままです (グレー表示)。
• PSI Windchillでは、 「既存のインストールを更新」オプションがグレー表示されています。
• Windchill ソリューションを更新するために、 [既存のインストールを更新]オプションを選択できません。
• 移行された Windchill インストール (他のサーバーからクローンした Windchill インスタンス) は、既存の Windchill インストール インスタンスを認識できません。
• 既存のインストールを更新するオプションは利用できません
• PSI / 更新するインストールを選択する手順では、Windchill インスタンスが表示されません

• 既存の12.0.2.xインストールを12.1.0.0にアップデートしようとすると、 「既存のインストールを更新」がグレー表示されます。
• PTCSOLNINSTALLER_PtcInstall.log では、更新可能はfalse と評価されています。
