  • ドキュメントを変更しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。 
 editor.exe: segment violation (signal 11)
  • PDF に公開するときに次のエラーが発生します。 
 ERROR: Failed to create virtual document. FATAL ERROR: Operation terminated
  • 破損したArbortext Editor の設定ファイルとキャッシュディレクトリを削除する方法
  • ワークスペースを選択した後にファイルが開き、その後Arbortext Editor がエラー メッセージなしで閉じます
  • Arbortext Styler を更新して「キャッシュをクリア」オプションを追加することはできますか?
  • 編集 > 属性の変更ダイアログ/ウィンドウがポップアップまたは表示されない
  • Arbortext Editorをアップデートした後、 Windchill PDMLinkに接続できない
    • オブジェクト > 接続...を実行するとポップアップエラーが発生します
       You last used the PTC Server Connection with an older version of Arbortext Editor. Therefore, your cache will need to be cleared, which will result in the loss of any unsaved documents. Do you wish to clear your cache in order to connect to the PTC Server Connection?
    • 「OK」をクリックするとプロンプトが繰り返され、すぐに
       CMS Diagnostic C:\Users\<User>\Application Data\PTC\Windchill Integration\.wcAdapter\.localCache\atwncint\.cache\<server>\<user> (The system cannot find the file specified)
  • 属性の変更ダイアログの選択に失敗した後、タグを削除するときに次のメッセージが表示されます: 
     "Cannot delete a tag with "Modify Attributes" open."
  • Windchill PDMLinkからオブジェクトを開こうとすると、次のエラー メッセージが表示されます: 
 CMS Diagnostic Unable to download content for the following documents. Please check that server has the content for it and you have enough access to it
  • ファイルをチェックインできません。エラーメッセージが表示されます: 
 CMS Diagnostic Add to Workspace Failed Number of conflicts found: 1 srv::WithWorkspace::WorkspaceAsynchronized:Local cache contents need to be synchronized with the workspace.
  • SISワーカー経由で公開する場合、 Contentrefは機能しません
    • -199エラーが時々発生する
  • Arbortext EditorからWindchill PDMLinkにオブジェクトをチェックインできません
    • ウェブブラウザUI経由でファイルをアップロードすると
