破損したArbortext Editorの設定ファイルとキャッシュディレクトリを削除するにはどうすればよいですか？

説明

  • ドキュメントを編集しようとした際に、以下のエラーが発生します。 
 editor.exe: segment violation (signal 11)
  • PDF形式で発行する際に、以下のエラーが発生します。 
 ERROR: Failed to create virtual document. FATAL ERROR: Operation terminated
  • 破損したArbortext Editorの設定ファイルとキャッシュディレクトリを削除するにはどうすればよいですか？
  • ワークスペースを選択した後、ファイルが開きますが、その後、 Arbortext Editor はエラーメッセージなしで閉じます。
  • Arbortext Stylerに「キャッシュをクリア」オプションを追加するアップデートが可能になりました。
  • 編集 > 属性の変更ダイアログ/ウィンドウが表示されない
  • Arbortextエディタを開く際にエラーが発生しました。
  • Arbortext Editorのアップデート後、 Windchill PDMLinkに接続できません
    • オブジェクト > 接続...を実行するとポップアップエラーが発生します
       You last used the PTC Server Connection with an older version of Arbortext Editor. Therefore, your cache will need to be cleared, which will result in the loss of any unsaved documents. Do you wish to clear your cache in order to connect to the PTC Server Connection?
    • 「OK」をクリックするとプロンプトが繰り返され、その直後に
       CMS Diagnostic C:\Users\<User>\Application Data\PTC\Windchill Integration\.wcAdapter\.localCache\atwncint\.cache\<server>\<user> (The system cannot find the file specified)
  • 「属性の変更」ダイアログを選択できなかった後にタグを削除しようとした際に、次のメッセージが表示されました。 
     "Cannot delete a tag with "Modify Attributes" open."
  • Windchill PDMLinkからオブジェクトを開こうとすると、エラーメッセージが表示されます。 
 CMS Diagnostic Unable to download content for the following documents. Please check that server has the content for it and you have enough access to it
  • ファイルのチェックインができません。エラーメッセージが表示されます。 
 CMS Diagnostic Add to Workspace Failed Number of conflicts found: 1 srv::WithWorkspace::WorkspaceAsynchronized:Local cache contents need to be synchronized with the workspace.
