Description

  • Creo View client will fail to connect launch with the error message:
Windchill request error
ATTENTION: Error occurred communicating with Windchill. Contact your Windchill administrator for help.


PKI Error
  • This occurs when launching Creo View to view any published representation by clicking on:
    1. The Open in Creo View action
    2. The Thumbnail Image on the Windchill Information page > Details tab
