Style Definitions cannot be edited from Column Renderer & State Formatting in ThingWorx 9.0

설명
- When creating Mashups and doing Style Definition changes on the fly from Column Renderer & State Formatting the user has only the options to select predefined Style Theme or create a new one. Once it is created from Renderer & State Formatting it can no longer be edited. For doing changes it has to be removed and recreated
- Style Definitions created in the Column Renderer & State Formatting do not appear in Composer>Style Themes
- This functionality was present in ThingWorx 8.5.x
