説明

  • Kepware 構成は正常に開始されますが、ユーザーが別のプロジェクト (*.opf) を開くと応答なしステータスになります。
    • 別のプロジェクトが読み込まれていません

    • 以下のアプリケーション ハングエラーが Windowsイベント ビューアー(Windows ログ > アプリケーション) に記録されます。
      • The program server_config.exe version of xxx stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. 
To see if more information about the problem is available, 
check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

    • ユーザーはKepware Runtimeサービスを停止/再起動できません (停止ステータスに変わります) また、 Runtime サービスの再初期化も実行できません
