• ユーザーが書き込みアクセス権を持つコンテナに新しいダウンストリーム ブランチを作成できない
• ユーザーはコンテナ A で読み取り専用アクセス権を持っています
• ユーザーにはコンテナ B への書き込みアクセス権がありました
• コンテナ A のパーツが新しいダウンストリーム ブランチを作成できない
