Windchill のメソッドサーバーログインでエラー「wt.org.UserNotFoundException: ユーザーが見つかりません: 不明なユーザー名: 「Administrator」」が発生する

• Windchill UIにログインできません
• アップグレード後、Windchill を起動すると「管理者の設定に失敗しました (インストールの場合は正常) 」というエラー メッセージが表示されます。
• 以下のエラーが発生し、Windchill にログインできません

• Windchill を再起動すると、MethodServer ログに次のエラーが大量に記録されます。
