説明
- ThingWorx Navigate から Adobe Acrobat拡張機能を使用してGoogle Chromeで PDF ドキュメントをダウンロードするときに、メディアを提供できませんでしたというエラーが表示される
- Google Chrome Development Tool > Networkは、サーバーが「 500 Internal Server Error 」を返すことを示しています
- MethodServer ログは次のエラーを報告します。これは、アーティクル - CS366405 - Windchill PDMLink で Chrome の Adobe Acrobat を使用して PDF を開くときにエラーが発生しました (ptc.com)で説明されているエラーと同じです。
