説明
- ThingWorx Navigate からAdobe Acrobat拡張機能を使用してGoogle Chromeで PDF ドキュメントをダウンロードすると、 「メディアを提供できませんでした」というエラーが発生する
- Google Chrome 開発ツール > ネットワークに、サーバーが「 500 内部サーバーエラー」を返していることが示されています。
- MethodServer ログには次のエラーが報告されています。これは、記事「CS366405 - Windchill PDMLink で Adobe Acrobat または Chrome を使用して PDF を開くとエラーが発生しました (ptc.com)」に記載されているものと同じです。
