説明

  • ThingWorx Platform ホストから遠く離れた場所にいるユーザーはリモート セッションを開始できません
  • Thingworx に接続できず、 ThingWorx Platform に接続しようとすると、ThingWorx リモート アクセス クライアント (RAC) ログに不正な資格情報が表示される
  • リモート セッションの開始に 15 秒以上かかると、セッションが失敗します
  • ThingWorx リモート アクセス クライアント (RAC) の起動が遅く、最終的にリモート セッションが認証に失敗する原因になります。
  • ThingWorx のリモート アクセス セッション用に作成された一時アプリケーション キー (別名 Nonce キー) が、セッションを確立するのに十分な期間存在しません。
  • 特定のリモート セッションに関連付けられた Nonce ThingWorx アプリケーション キーが認証に使用される前に期限切れになる
  • <ThingworxStorage>\logsのApplicationLog.logファイルには次の内容が表示されます。
