• ThingWorx Platform PostgreSQLインストーラーはデータベース接続を検証しますが、インストール後に起動に失敗します。
• ThingWorx Platform インストーラは PostgreSQL データベース接続の問題により完了しませんが、インストール中に接続は検証されます。
• ThingWorx Platform データベース テーブルは正常に作成されましたが、インストーラーはデータベース接続エラーを理由に ThingWorx Platform の起動に失敗します。
• ThingWorx Platform Installer はデータベース接続の詳細ダイアログをバイパスしてデータベースに正常に接続しますが、インストール プロセスの最後で失敗します。
• 接続が有効でデータベーステーブルが作成されているにもかかわらず、ThingWorx Platform がデータベース接続エラーを報告して起動しない
• コマンドプロンプトまたはターミナルでpsql経由でデータベースに接続すると機能しますが、ThingWorx Platformはデータベース接続エラーでインストールを完了できません。
• PostgreSQL データベースは ThingWorx プラットフォームと同じホストにインストールされていますが、接続元によって異なる IP アドレス (ループバック、非ループバック) から接続が行われているようです。
• ThingWorx Platform Installer がWaiting for ThingWorx Foundation..中にハングします。
• ThingWorx Platform のインストールが、ThingWorx がアクセス可能になるまで待機中にタイムアウトしました
• <Temp>\ThingWorxFoundation_Failed_installs\ThingWorxFoundation_install.logには次の内容が表示されます。
