説明

  • ThingworxStorage\logs\ ApplicationLog.logに以下のエラーが記録され、Tomcat を起動できません。 
     java.lang.Exception: Unable to initialize and start system: Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database! Having failed to acquire a resource, com.mchange.v2.resourcepool.BasicResourcePool@xxxxxxxx is interrupting all Threads waiting on a resource to check out. Will try again in response to new client requests. CRITICAL ERROR ON STARTUP: Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database! Web Application STATE is being set to ERROR! ***
  • データベースの復元後、または Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) を永続化プロバイダとして使用して手動でインストールした後に Tomcat を起動できない
  • MSSQL データベースが ThingWorx アプリケーションに接続できない
  • エラーのため、ThingWorx で保存操作を実行できません: 
     [2006] Unknown error occured. Contact the administrator if this re-occurs
  • 再ホストを実行するためにデータベースをインポートした後、ThingWorx を起動できません
