Tomcat サービスを指定ユーザーとして実行すると、ThingWorx Platform を起動できず、ライセンス エラーが表示されて停止します。

• 新しい Windows ユーザーとしてログオンして Tomcat を起動しても ThingWorx Platform が起動しない
• Tomcat ログにはエラーが表示されません
• ThingWorx アプリケーション ログに次のエラーが表示されます。
