ThingWorx Platform の ApplicationLog.log には「[2,002] 接続できません。管理者に連絡してください。」というメッセージが表示されます。

• ThingWorxプラットフォームにアクセスできません
• 短時間、ThingWorxプラットフォームにアクセスできませんでした。
• ThingWorx Platformが一時的にデータベースとの接続を切断したようです。
• ThingWorxは短時間利用できなくなった後、自動的に復旧したようだ。
• <ThingworxStorage>\logs\ApplicationLog.logファイル内に、以下のエラーが表示されています。
