Oracle LISTENER exists, but it is not running on the specified port number. Start the LISTENER
  • OCU のインストール中に OCU_PtcInstall.log に以下のエラーが表示される

  • Oracle リスナーが起動せず、Windchill PDMLink での再ホストを続行できず、次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。
