説明

  • /ThingworxPlatform/platform-settings.jsonファイルに、サポート ポータルにログオンしてライセンスを自動的に取得するための有効な資格情報が設定されているが、ライセンス ファイルの更新に失敗します。
  • 接続モードを使用してライセンスを取得しようとしましたが、 /ThingworxStorage/ logs/ApplicationLog.log に次のエラーが表示されます。
