説明

  • KepwareサーバーのIPアドレスを変更した後、PTCKepware製品のIoTGatewayプラグインサービスを開始できません
  • ランタイムサービスの再起動後、約30秒ごとに以下のようなイベントログがイベントログに繰り返し出力されます。
    • ERROR          IoT Gateway                Failed to start IoT Gateway service.
ERROR          IoT Gateway                Failed to connect to server: '127.0.0.1:57212'. Please verify this connection information is correct and that the host can be reached.
