Active Directory ユーザーが Windchill にログインできない

適用対象
- Windchill PDMLink 11.1 to 12.1
説明
- Active Directory ユーザーは、JNDI アダプタを設定した後、Windchill に接続/ログインできません。
- 参加者管理でユーザーを検索することはできますが、ログインすることはできません
- LicensingExceptionエラーのため、ユーザーはWindchillに接続できません
- MethodServer ログにエラーがあります
wt.session.SessionUsers$PreLoginException: wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicensingException: User is not a member of any valid license groups. Access is denied. You do not have a Windchill license assigned to your account. Contact your administrator for further assistance.
- 以下のエラーでログインに失敗しました
wt.session.SessionUsers$PreLoginException: wt.licenseusage.licensing.LicensingException: Failed to login. Login user id not found.
