- Microsoft のセキュリティアップデート KB2962872 をインストールすると、Windchill PDMLink で使用する Internet Explorer, Creo Elements/Pro, Creo Parametric, Windchill Workgroup Manager が異常終了します。
- このセキュリティアップデートは、Microsoft のセキュリティ情報 MS14-037 に関連しています。
- 限定されませんが、フォルダー画面へのナビゲート、情報アイコン等のアイコンや各種オブジェクト（部品、CADドキュメント、ドキュメント、プロモーションリクエスト、変更通知、変更リクエスト等）へのハイパーリンクのクリックや、その他の各種操作により強制終了します。ブラウザはリスタート／リロードを行い、以下のようなメッセージが返されます。
