  • Windchill PDMLink 10.1 to 13.1

説明

  • エンタープライズディレクトリからユーザーまたはグループを取得できません
  • エンタープライズLDAP（ Active Directory 、 AD ）からのユーザーは取得できません
  • 参加者管理者で検索を実行すると、MethodServer.logに次のエラーが報告されます。
 java.lang.IllegalStateException: A configuration problem has been detected. The system is unable to retrieve a valid "Name" attribute for the participant with the distinguished name "CN=uuuu,OU=vvvv,ou=wwww,ou=xxx,dc=yyy,dc=zzz" from the participant's LDAP entry.
  • ADを設定した後に特定のグループを検索すると、以下のエラーが発生します
    com.ptc.jca.error <username> - ---------- JCA Exception ---------- wt.util.WTException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception while mapping principal, message was: java.lang.IllegalStateException: A configuration problem has been detected. The system is unable to retrieve a valid "Name" attribute for the participant with the distinguished name "CN=Name\, First,OU=AAAAA Users,DC=domain,DC=com" from the participant's LDAP entry.
  • 参加者管理者で検索を実行すると、次のエラーが表示されます。
 page could not respond: /ptc1/principalpicker/principalPickerCD
A configuration problem has been detected. The system is unable to retrieve a valid "Name" attribute for the participant with the distinguished name "CN=uuuu,OU=vvvv,ou=wwww,ou=xxx,dc=yyy,dc=zzz" from the participant's LDAP entry
