Creo View Adapters: When publishing a Creo Parametric Cabling Part in isolation, the cables in the harness are not published

Description
- When publishing a Cabling Part on its own the cables in the harness are not published
- When publishing the same Cabling Part in the context of the Cabling Assembly, it is published correctly
- All cables are missing when viewing a Cabling Assembly in the Windchill 10.0 Structure > Visualization tab (accessed from the Windchill Part/WTPart or CAD Document Information page)
- No wires are displayed when viewing a cabling assembly in the Windchill 9.x Product Structure Explorer (PSE)
- Viewing the same Cabling Assembly via the Thumbnail (Open In > Creo View) shows the cables
- WVS Job Monitor failure errors:
