How to retrieve data from old ".tsd" file in Local Historian Plug-In of PTC Kepware Products

Description
- The hard drive where KEPServerEX and Local Historian were installed failed.
- I was able to install KEPServer and Local Historian on a replacement hard drive and get the licenses and configuration working.
- However, I cannot get the datastore in Local Historian to read from the .tsd files from before the hard drive failure.
- The .tsd files are in the correct datastore folder, but the data does not appear.
- Due to how we query the Local Historian, we cannot utilize the Import feature.
- The original hard drive is no longer accessible, though we have an image of the drive from a few months ago.
