Description
- Partner user is unable to login to PTC Cloud Portal
- Partner user is unable to login to PTC Cloud Portal to access a training environment
- Partner user received an error message while attempting to login to Cloud Portal
- Partner user tries to log in to the Partner Portal, enters their credentials, but nothing happens, then receives the error message "This portal.ptc.io page can’t be found''
- Partner user received the error message "Your login attempt was not successful, please try again"
- Partner user would like to login to Cloud Portal but forgot PTC account username or password
- Partner user has enabled the MFA (Multifactor Authentication) in order to login the Cloud Portal but the authentication code is not recognized
- The partner user has lost their old device and is not receiving the MFA authentication code on their new device
- Partner user couldn't access TDD Portal as they do not get the MFA authentication code
