Annotation are still present under 'Localization' Tab despite deleting the related Figure in Creo Illustrate

Description
- Annotations (i.e; Note with Leader) added in a Figure are still listed under Localization tab despite deleting the figure on which the Annotation was created
- Deleting a figure does not delete the related annotations (Annotations added on the figure) from the annotation list under Localization Tab
- There is no way to delete/remove annotation under Localization Tab although the related figure has already been deleted
