Description
- All users are unable to login to ThingWorx Platform with 500 Unexpected Error
- After entering the correct credentials at Composer login all users are redirected to a screen that shows 500 Unexpected Error - Contact your system administrator for more details
- Authentication errors when logging into Composer following fresh install of ThingWorx Platform
- ThingWorx Platform 9.X.0 systems show 500 Unexpected Error when logging in
- Later 9.1 Service Packs (e.g. 9.1.7 do not produce this error)
- UserManagementSubsystem seems to fail on startup of ThingWorx Platform and thus no users can login to Composer
- <ThingworxStorage>\logs\ApplicationLog.log shows the following:
