Description
- Update/Upgrade of Cognos 11.0.12 to 11.0.13 FP3 is failing with below error
DEBUG 2020-02-17 22:26:39 - Error - Starting Cognos failed: ERROR, [Cryptography configuration test], CAM-CRP-1624 The configured confidentiality algorithm is not supported by IBM Cognos Analytics.
