Error "The remote server returned an error" happened when extend Project to show items via OSLC in Windchill Modeler

Description
- The following error is outputted when click Project to show items in Integrity Modeler OSLC Pane
- The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
- The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
- Failed to get contents from Integrity Lifecyele Manager OSLC server via HTTP protocol
- In Integrity Lifecyele Manager server log, the following logs are outputted when error is Bad Request
- 2020-03-05 09:48:53,320 ERROR [mksis.IntegrityServer] * * * * ERROR * * * * (0): ilm-http-nio-7001-exec-6: failed to get Items as per requestEntitycom.mks.api.response.ItemModificationException: MKS124814: Cannot show view information: Error parsing filter "field["Project"] = Templates" : The value "Templates" is not valid
- 2020-03-05 09:48:53,320 ERROR [mksis.IntegrityServer] * * * * ERROR * * * * (5): ilm-http-nio-7001-exec-6: org.apache.olingo.server.api.ODataApplicationException -- org.apache.olingo.server.api.ODataApplicationException: MKS124814: Cannot show view information: Error parsing filter "field["Project"] = Templates" : The value "Templates" is not valid
- Note: The project name fetched is *Templates* without / at the head
- In Integrity Lifecyele Manager 12.3 oslc.log, the following logs are outputted
- 2020-03-04 21:29:11:357, info, Windchill RV&S Adapter Calling : GET URI : /oslc/r/project//ROOT/PTC/eKart
- Note: The project name fetched is *//ROOT/PTC/eKart* has duplicate /
