Error " panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference[signal 0xc0000005 code=0x0 addr=0x10 pc=0x5ef8e8]" is reported in install.log when attempoting to install the extension on a https environment.

  • Installation of ThingWorx Analytics Server on Windows with a ThingWorx Platform on https / SSL on Linux
  • Following error is seen in <ThingWorxAnalyticsServer>/install.log file
