How to start Vuforia Studio on Windows without to be affected by system environment variable HOME

Description
- Once install of Vuforia Studio is completed on Windows, the Vuforia Studio window appears and clicking Open, Vuforia Studio is opened in the browser at localhost:3000
- If the system environment variable HOME is not set, by default All Projects created are stored under USERPROFILE\Documents\VuforiaStudio\Projects
- On setting system environment variable HOME and restarting Vuforia Studio, the related Projects folder are created under specified path. From Windows System Property, select <Environment Variable> and set as below to add the variable:
Variable name: HOME
Value: Any local path. e.g: C:\studio\projects
Value: Any local path. e.g: C:\studio\projects
