Need better error messaging when uploads fail due to issues with specific files in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- Upload from workspace or during the import using Windchill PLMConnector for Windchill fail due to settings in the <APACHE>/httpd.conf limiting the file size that can be uploaded to the server (e.g., LimitRequestBody and/or LimitXMLRequestBody)
- Error messages relating to uploads failing due to issues with specific files included in the upload do not indicate, which file(s) has the problem, or that there is a file that is causing the problem
- Possible generic errors returned:
- Upload FailureConnection failure in upload operation
