Description
- ProDtlnoteShow() returns PRO_TK_GENERAL_ERROR when used in batch mode.
- ProDtlnoteShow() returns PRO_TK_GENERAL_ERROR when trying to display the note in a new drawing created by code.
- Creating and showing a note in a drawing and then export the drawing, the note is not displayed in the exported drawing.
