Description
- Unable to open documents from Windows Explorer using Windchill Desktop Integration (DTI)
- Unable to open documents using Windows Explorer Integration (WEI) if the folder name consists of special character
- If the folder name does not contain special characters, document name has special characters, the document can be opened
- WEI throws error message Invalid file path while downloading/opening the document
