Beschreibung

  • Die Lizenzdatei wurde in ignored_license_capability_response.bin umbenannt und ThingWorx kann nicht gestartet werden.
  • ThingWorx kann aufgrund einer fehlenden oder ignorierten Lizenzdatei nicht gestartet werden.
  • Die Datei ThingworxStorage\logs\ApplicationLog.log zeigt einen der folgenden Einträge an:

  • Die unter /ThingworxPlatform vorhandene Lizenzdatei wird nicht erkannt.
  • Die Plattform startet nach einem Lizenzwechsel nicht.
  • Beim Starten von Tomcat mit systemctl , aber nicht mit . /startup.sh unter Linux, tritt ein Lizenzfehler auf.
  • Apache Tomcat konnte auf einem Linux-basierten Host nicht mit systemctl gestartet werden.
  • Nach dem Hinzufügen einer neuen Lizenz kann nicht mehr auf ThingWorx Composer zugegriffen werden.
