Description
- Unable to register the CATIA V5 with Windchill Workgroup Manager due to CATIA V5 version mismatch
- The Abstraction libraries (DLLs) were built with a different Service Pack of the same CATIA V5 release as compared to the CATIA V5 version on the client machine
- Example:
- When the DLLs were built with CATIA V5 R21 SP0 and were being used for CATIA V5 R21 SP2, the following error appears when registering CATIA V5 in Windchill Workgroup Manager:
The libraries for CATIA V5 being registered are not compatible with the WGM/CATIA installed on this machine. Installed CATIA Version: V5R21 SP2 HF138 Compatible Version for WGM: V5R21 SP0
